I always wear long sleeves so i put a crib sheet the size of a post it note in my sleeves
and i bring one of those steel water bottles with a big cap
when im done with the sheet, i dont like having to manage it in my sleeves so i just put it in my water bottle which is finished bc i get thirsty often

Are calculators allowed? If so use it to store whatever information you think could help you.

If you can bring a phone try to see if you can use it in the bathroom. Or maybe try meeting someone inside that could help.
