How to Cope Properly?

i dont actually know tbh, on some real shit whenever i say self deprecating cope or make LDAR threads its actually just to motivate myself idk why but it does work

i would tell you to do the same but idk if its possible to just adopt that mindset

Its easier to accept your fate ig, but I can't really ascend so thats the main issue
 
tell yourself something, but also find facts and evidence to reinforce your new belief so even you believe it.

In all seriousness though just get out and meet people, go for a long walk everyday to like a coffee shop and just "hang out" drinking coffee, I do this just to be in the presence of other people.

Take up some hobbies that also help with fitness, like boxing or wrestling, dancing or gymmaxxing.

Okay fitness is also on the list of "Rather kill myself than do it" since it actually makes it even harder to cope as it reminds me of how physically inferior I am to others, but the rest I can do

Good diet, water, and meditation.
Try to feel at peace with your thoughts, “Yes I am ugly, but I won’t be ugly forever”
Speaking to therapists or freinds online if you are willing to.

Her own thoughts I can tell she thinks that she is ugly. From the way she talks about herself, it is clear as day her self esteem is very low.
The thing is I genuinely am and alway swill be unless I can shit 100 bands or more out of my asshole, I wouldn't need to cope if I had the knowledge that I had an acceptable base to start with. But thankfully 65 years is not a very long time in the grand scheme of things so I can take it.
