how to cut weight properly?

so im going to the gym, rn im bulking until 75-77 kilo, and my goal is to cut until 70-73 kgs to get good body, people who goes to the gym, how i can do it safely and without problems

like 69-70 kilos
bulk up wont say shi on that but to cut
cut your cals by like 300-200 per week or 2 and keep going down only till a limit which I would assume for you to be around 2000 + or - 200
Eat more protein less fats and a decent amount of carbs, lift heavy and get that cardio in and be sure to avoid processed food
