Solution
cut out salt and processed sugars as much as you can
sauna + cardio
drink more water
aerobic exercise ("debloats" only a little bit)
furosemide

also, just that you know, debloating doesn't do much when you're over 15%bf

mark as solution
cut back on the salt. sodium drags water into tissues, including the face.

also drink more water, I know it seems paradoxical. drinking less water makes your body more inclined to hold onto it.

aerobic exercise reduces inflammation and improves overall circulation, and helps with puffiness.
