When you are heightmaxxing, raising your HGH and IGF-1 is only half the battle. You also need to extend puberty for as long as possible to expand your window of growth.
There are many ways to accomplish this. The traditional way is to use an aromatase inhibitor. There have been numerous studies on the effects of the aromatase inhibitor arimidex used on growing boys to increase height. Here is a thread explaining why arimidex is one of the safer options for an aromatase inhibitor:
I highly recommend reading the comments as well.
An aromatase inhibitor is not the only way to prevent growth plates from closing. According to studies conducted on young boys, the drug Tamoxifen significantly decreased the rate of skeletal maturation and increased the predicted adult height without negative effects on sexual maturation. This drug is considered safe and used by doctors on short boys.
“When short teenage boys who were still in puberty with an average age of 14 – 15 years were administered with 10 – 20mg of tamoxifen twice everyday for an average of 26 months, their skeletal bones matured very slowly which slowed down the closure of their growth plates thus increasing their predicted adult height average by approximately 10 cm.”
Another drug that can potentially delay growth plate closure is resveratrol. In an experiment that aimed to evaluate the long-term effects of resveratrol on growth plate cartilage, bone growth and growth plate fusion, pre-pubertal female rabbits were used.
Rabbits were chosen because the timing of growth plate fusion in rabbits normally occurs at the time of sexual maturation, just like in humans unlike in small rodents.
Resveratrol treatment in rabbits improved longitudinal bone growth and delayed growth plate closure.
It was concluded that resveratrol has the potential to improve longitudinal bone growth.
The impact of resveratrol on enhanced growth of the long bones was attributed to a delay of growth plate fusion resulting in an increase of the final bone length.
You can also use supplements such as DIM, stinging nettle root, and grape seed extract. DIM is a proven aromatase inhibitor found in cruciferous vegetables that is used in breast cancer patients. Nettle root or nettle leaves are often used to make prostate medication. Nettles contain compounds that act as natural estrogen blockers. Taking nettle supplements can regulate the production.
Grape seed extract has been shown to act as an aromatase inhibitor, or estrogen blocker, in postmenopausal women at high risk for breast cancer. Men may experience similar benefits when taking it as a supplement.
Bear in mind that obviously none of this works if your growth plates are already fused.

Which Aromatase Inhibitor is best for heightmaxxing
Hi all. Ive seen a lot of people on here discussing the use of various aromatase inhibitors to reduce estrodiol ( and other types of estrogen ) in the body and keep growth plates open allowing for an additional window of growth. It seems as though the most commonly utilized AI for heightmaxing...
