How to fix atopic dermatitis?

Stay well moisturised
Avoid harsh cleansers
If you have flare ups use topical corticosteroids
Stay hydrated

This won’t cure you because atopic dermatitis has no real cure but it’ll keep it to a minimum

Are there any products i should start using? A special shampoo or some moisturizer?

I was at the dermatologist already and the shampoo he prescriped me didn’t work. The skin on my head is red and flaky 24/7. How tf do i fix it?
Fixing your gut health, get your D3/calcium levels checked, increasing your Omega 3s intake from food/supplements.

Also after using the shampoo you need to apply a rich moisturizer/conditioner, especially one made for women without any harsh chemicals/fragrance/alcohol derivated
