How to fix cranial sidebend

Wtf I had to look this up never knew that was how they called it. But yeah maxillofacial surgeon can probably look into it, in my surgeons before after results he had people who seemed to have this problem.

Skull structure is largely stable in adults. It's generally healthiest to view this as a "body variation" rather than a "disease that needs treatment." If this is causing you significant physical discomfort, seeing a physical therapist or oral surgeon and getting X-rays will give you a much more reliable result.
