How to fix downturned nose?

I’ve seen a lot of people say they fixed it with just certain massages but idk what they are or how to do them. Does anyone have an idea?

Nose contour makes my nose look upturned from 3/4 angle, but if it’s side profile u can’t do much abt that except maybe add contour around your nostrils and below your nose
