Method how to fix ends of hair if they are cooked

yall i swear this hair oil is so good just put it on your hair for like 3 hours 2-3 times a week mostly on scalp and also a bit on ends
it’ll make your hair look a lot more healthy fast and the results are long term if you are consistent
i’ll show you guys a pic of my hair tho sadly i dont have a before pic so yall have to trust me on this but it currently looks so much healthier but it was SO fried before
also this is my experience so if it doesn’t work then idk but make sure you wash it out WELL or else it’ll look like greasy shit

You could use a nourishing hair oil on it for a few hours a couple times a week to help fix it
