how to fix eyebrows and acne scar

i did 7 months of accutane so my acne is clear but i still have like a bit of scars and some small bumps that are annoying me
and my eyebrows are thin and uneven i am using grandebrow but im seeing very little progress in trying to make them thicker

i hate tret so much, azealic acid for scaring is better and he can just micro dose isotret for the bumps

i was actually looking into azealic acid but i think ill have a hard time getting accutane again since i just finished it no?
