how to fix golden undertones in darker hair?

Sorry if I’m posting too much but I dye my hair about once every month (brown and pink) and I have a lot of trouble with keeping my brown hair cool instead of golden, and I feel like this is a really clean cut answer but the problem is that, and this sounds stupid, but I hate changing my hair wash. I would very much like to incorporate a blue shampoo but I have very “sensitive” hair and I put work into maintaining it, and I’m not sure about glosses? What brands would work best and be least damaging? Images for reference of my hair!
