I bleached my hair at 12 to dye it pink (ik dumb) I’m 16 now and after that my hair has been rlly dry and frizzy. I also made the grave mistake of dyeing it black recently and I wish to go back to brown. Any treatment products or recommendations to make it healthy again?

The first step should be to consult a professional for color removal without further damaging the hair, and the second step should be to strengthen the hair from the inside with professional bond repair products

go to a professional for the dye
use a bond repairing treatment
deep conditioning once or twice a week
wash less frequently and get trims regularly

then its 100% not the bleach you did when you were 12, what type of dye did you use permenant, semi permenant? because sometimes it will come out on its own after a month or 2

Your hair is dry and absorbing moisture from the air making it frizzy, use moisturizing products and blow dry on cool to manage frizziness. If you want to go from black to brown by yourself: Color oops will help you get out the black dye if you want a drug store solution. If you want your hair even lighter you may need a round of bleach in that case use 10 vol, 2:1 ratio with bleach powder, don't leave on too long, watch tutorials use protein treatment after do not overuse. I do not recommend getting your hair done professional I do it myself and it's much healthier than when I got it done by a professionally, but if your bad at doing your own hair it might be the better option. Use a high lift color if hair needs additional toning, sally's hair dye is fine, could try to get professional dye if you know someone. Your hair will likely be reddish when you remove the dye so you'd want an ashier shade of brown, like 6A. Colors are labeled by number (level of how light or dark dye is) and letter (how warm or cool hair is), plus look at color wheel and ask an employee for help.

i bleached my hair a while ago and had the same issue but i recommend hair masks and putting hair oil into yourhair hwen its 80% dry and then blowdrying it on cool

Do you recommend any shampoo and conditioners?
Olaplex No. 4 (Shampoo) and No. 5 (Conditioner) or K18

And what do u think abt oiling
If your hair is very dry, don't apply oil to dry hair. First apply a moisturizing spray or water based cream to your hair, then go over it with moroccan argan oil or jojoba oil. This will lock in the moisture
