how to fix hyperpigmentation under eyes

im genuinely stumped. I think its because my eyes water a lot when i sleep? you can see the dark marks at the outer corner and a bit below. lmk of any skin creams thag can combat thjs. fml fml fml its nuking my eye area. Yes i know i need to clean up my brows

i'm a veteran when it comes to skin lightening and whitening products, honestly I don't think it's worth the hassle to remove that but anyway

most skin lightening products are cope, people will probally recommend you some cope lightening serum that barely does anything, your two best options is Kojic acid or hydroqunoine, Kojic acid is more suited to you since you're white but in my experience it's very harsh and drying, using it on your under eyes may be fine but on the corner it might get into your eyes so idk, hydroqunoine might be a little hard to get but it doesn't react much in my experience and fixes any form for hyperpigmentation ASAP
