how to fix long philtrum?

depending on ur case u could try lip lift,lip filler,pilthrum reduction, rhino to make nose longer, columella lowering surgery and if u want u can try lipliner and putting blush on it (give solution )

Lip lifts and filler, for the meantime contour the bit below ur nose with a cool toned contour and lightly (not dramatically or it will be obvious) overline ur lips with a shade close to ur lip tone, this will help to make it look shorter. Hope this was helpful if so mark solution pls : )
