I’m 16 yrs old and 5ft10 65kg relatively lean and growth plates haven’t fused yet, how can I fix these recessed areas of my facial features?

If I have a slight recession in my maxilla and mid recessed infraorbitals and a slightly retrognathic and rearward-positioned chin relative to my forehead and nose, but a sharpish jawline and good gonial angle with a decent ramus length, How can I fix my recessed areas of my facial structure?

Surgery

I highly doubt that further “development” at the age of 16 would fix your recessed maxima

It has been debunked many times that thumb pulling doesn’t work, u can’t even speak from your own experience as u said yourself

Thumbpulling itself a contentious theory but the theory behind it is that it just acts as a temporary catalyst to loosen facial tension. Standard mewing is completely separate from thumbpulling. Plenty people focus entirely on proper tongue posture and breathing without ever doing manual thumb pulling.
