I mean at 16, it's still not too late, proper tongue posture in the most important, ( Resting 3/4th of the tongue on your pallate ) also try working out your hyoid bone or the under neck muscle using resistance like stickley's mpr method, also workout out your mentalis to release it, providing better access for bone growth and move your teeth forward, don't clench the your teeth, because your teeth are probably not aligned, I have the same problem so does many people. To align your teeth, look at a mirror and match the gap of your upper central incisors to the lower one, it does feel wierd at first, but it settles after month or so..my teeth are still not properly settled, for now the look of my face from the outside looks ok with my teeth being that way, my best bet to fixing this problem would be to visit a dentist if it doesn't settles in a year or 2.

Thanks for the advice bro :)

Any way to fix it? (Thanks for the reply)
Fillers or genioplasty. Looking at the first pic you sent, you don't seem recessed anywhere at all so if it's the most accurate pic your side is already well-proportioned.
