It grows fat locally and can help create the illusion of a more projected maxilla/infras. For chin I reccomend fillers if you want permanent fast results. You could diy it if you are low inhib. If you're high inhib like me then just get it done in a clinic, or if you cant afford it then just bonesmash for the long term ig. Overall tho front profile is very good but side can be improved
