i went from 117lbs (53kg) to 95lbs (43kg) very fast, which made a very visible difference in the way my body looks (in a bad way). i want to gain SOME of it back, maybe get up to somewhere around 105-110 but idk how to do that without gaining it all back, or even worse, gain enough that i weigh more than i was before. so how do i do ts without going back to what i was or worse?

Try gaining muscle instead of just gaining «weight " . Small calorie surplus , calorie dense foods ( not slop but stuff like avocado banana pb seeds nuts honey eggs …) if your issue is the eating part so the calories get down easier . Lift weights and avoid cardio ( not walking tho ) .
