Two things


Expand palate. Do mewing. Get palate expander and get nasal cavity bigger. If you can achieve this and you do it right you will suddenly have good "tone' as tone is simply a factor of much resonance you have. My voice has good tone these days and I contribute it to the function and placement of my vocal chambers. This is mouth. Through and nose.


2. Hormones. Improve testosterone and your vocal cords will thicken. It won't improve tone but it will improve pitch.



Both are import and you can have a deep ass voice but a shitty tone and people will think your faking it or have something in your mouth covering it or you can improve both and be considered a very appealing voice to listen
