How to get a good personality that a women would like

be mysterious and quiet, girls say they don’t like that but they do.
a good looking guy friend of mine was talking to my girl best friend and she thought he was VERY attractive, but he was way too clingy and bothered her a lot. if he had played it more cool he 100% could’ve bagged her. she ghosted him.
