How to get back an old Roblox account?

I’m trying to access an old account of mine without the email or password it was made in 2017 and thing is, I never changed the password. One day my cousin logged me out and I was never able to get back in, I have a faint idea of what emails might be attached (since I have billing proof) but they won’t work and I can’t use my old number I’ve contacted support with proof of my ownership but they still refuse to do anything or give me a real human to talk to even over email. I have some valuable stuff on there!! And now when I try to contact them, it says too many attempts. What do I even do from here?? They’ve made it impossible to log into an account that was last used in 2020, great system right?

It’s off topic ain’t it? also I did they give me either ai responses, or go in loops instead of feedback, and now they resort to telling me to contact the other ai support BUT online, and it says too many requests because it’s retarded and will cut off convo the second it assumed it’s resolved things when it hasn’t

Called them, gave no option for a human, just voicemail and they didn’t even give me that. Just said I need to contact the online support even thought it’s ai and doesn’t work!
