You can use colored contacts ig. But other than that the other methods are way too risky and not worth it imo.

YES, there are a lot of surgeries that do that. But it is only dark blue if light is not going at your eyes.

Dark blue and light blue are the same. The only thing that changes is if there is light hitting the eye..., just like how black eyes become brown under heavy light...

All I know is laser depigmentation. the con is if ur not a race where that is natural it might look uncanny.
