For context, I used to have A LOT of eyelid fat. Before I developed double eyelids, I had these faint “crease lines,” but eyelid tape wouldn’t even hold them up, that’s how fatty they were. The methods I’m listing might work if you have something similar to me: a faint, small visible crease line. Here is a photo (this is the only one I can find mb):
However, if your eyelids are similar to this (photo below) and you’re 13-16 wait till you’re a bit older, but if you are 18+ it might be difficult to get them but you can still try. Here is a reference:

I got db eyelids around 18, which I think had to do with aging too.

How I got them:
- Sun Damage
I used to surf a LOT and never applied sunscreen to my eyelids because it would get in my eyes. I’d be under the sun for hours, and where I live, UV can reach 10+ in the summer.- I believe UV radiation damages collagen and elastin
- Reduced elasticity makes the skin fold more easily so potentially it made a crease

- Prostaglandins (Eyelash Serums)
I used to use eyelash serum, pretty sure it was the gold Babe Lash but I later realized it contains prostaglandins : (. I believe having thicker and longer lashes can push up your stubborn eyelids. When I curled my lashes and apply a ton of mascara, creating weight, I would sometimes have a db eyelid.- These can decrease orbital fat over time
- A lot of people report their under eyes get more sunken. I feel like mine did too :/
- You could try these if you want to reduce excess eyelid fat, but:- Patch test first in case of allergies
- Expect darker, more sunken under eyes as a side effect

- Eyelid Tape/Glue Training
I never personally did this, but I’ve seen it work. I believe:- Constantly wearing eyelid tape forces your skin to fold in the same spot every day
- Over time fibrous tissue forms between the levator and skin at that fold
- Continuous folding stretches and thins the upper eyelid skin too
- Muscle memory kicks in so your levator muscle adapts
- Based on what I’ve seen this can take 6 months to a few years to train it fully rip

- Losing Body Fat- People who lose a significant amount of body fat often find their eyes look more sunken

- Frauding w/ Fake lashes- Again, creating weight on your lash line, it can push up stubborn fat. This is what my friends did and they ended up with permanent double eyelids. I believe it trains your eyelids the same way tape/glue does.
