how to get hollow cheeks ?

im 16, i have a good facial structure to begin with and my cheekbones are high but my chubby cheeks are a nerf , before anyone says something like starve maxxing or so(debloating,etc) i already tried hard enough i have a chubby since birth like my whole body would be hella skinny and then my face is really chubby is there a possible way other than surgeries?

Low body fat = thin skin. Definition: most people stop at 14% but think they have 12%
Otherwise, u have genetic impairments that can only be overcome with surgery.

Yeah. Body fat percentage is the muscle-to-fat ratio, dont think about ur weight. Just lose body fat.
Its not possible for ur skin to be thick if u have low body fat. Remember this: the thinner ur skin, the lower ur body fat percentage

No, but I recommend it. Especially when ure not that obese. Inhibitors etc....And don't cut carbs. Otherwise you'll look like crap, feel like crap, and give up on this

Btw, those so called "negative points" about having low body fat r all cope
Literally all those effects r actually the result of a long or aggressive calorie deficit. The lower the body fat percentage, the greater the deficit and the longer it takes. More side effects.
Just find the range that u like aesthetically and feel doesnt need to be a dietcel, and thats it
Im only saying this cuz most people don't really seem to take LeanMaxx seriously

i used to have the same problem and the solution is easier than it sounds...(dentistery student btw) the solution is to remove your four wisdom teeth and try some cheek muscle atrophy...either by dieting super hard and starving or by injections and stuff(not recommended dont ask me why)
