How to get hunter eyes

i looked thru Francisco Lachowski today and saw he have this majestic eyes i wonder if theres any way i can archive it or is this genetic

All genetics . But you can do eyelid pulling to hide some eyelid exposure . And can ice your eye area .and try squintinmaxxing.
I had a little upper eyelid exposure but doing the above things I got hunter eyes . (My mom and dad have hooded eyes tho )
