As long as they're not indented scars and just left over pigmentation you can get rid of them... use vitamin c serum (and sunscreen) and red light. The red light is what will help a lot and quickly. Make sure the red light machine is actually high enough power to work. I noticed a difference after a week of doing it every other day...gone now.
