how to get rid of blue?

I kinda have this idea where I either wanna dye the blue in my hair blonde or dye it black except keep the blue on my striped streak blonde.. or just dye the whole thing black? My issue is blue is hard to get out please help..
also really wanna get hair extensions but idk that much about them

Your safest bet is probably gonna be to dye it black

yeah, I think the issue is that if you just put black over blue dye it fades to a gross dark green pretty quick
