past days I've seen a lot of fat on the cheeks I've tried sodium flushing and cardio but they are not working im thinking of aqualyx to remove the face fat do you guys have any recommendations

it depends how much you weigh and how old you are if you’re young it’s most likely baby fat but if ur 17 or older do aqualyx

You can do aqualyx. Even if your young you can do it
