Serious How to get rid of oily hair

I have very thick,straight hair and If I don't wash it for like a day it gets greasy and oily. Anyone got any shampoo recommendations and should I use conditioner??

don't shower everyday, use shampoo and conditioner for oily hair (lightweight), use a clarifying shampoo ONCE a week, change ur pillow case, don't touch ur hair often
 
straight hair types get greasy freally fast, that's normal
dont touch it or rub it or stuff like that. If it's completely straight then you can't really get rid of it, just wash it daily

I have like 1b hairtype and if I don't rub it it looks flat

washing daily and stripping all the natural oils will actually cause more buildup and overproduce oil

his hair will still get oily fast with straight hair. if his hair already looks greasy after one day, i'll just look greasy almost all the time if he doesnt wash it daily. with straight hair you should wash your hair maximum every 2 days or it just looks nasty

i see, i have curly hair so ig i can't speak on it as much, but defenitly a sulfate free shampoo if he does wash everyday, plus everything else i said
