its skin bleaching you could also use hydroquinone ofc you need to cautious about that
also if you have uneven pigmentation around your face
vit c, niacine(Idr the spelling) , azelaic acid and there were other to i forgot

about clothes try and wear higher upf clothes
tho you may not like it clothes made of polyester and nylon have decent amount of protection upf
or atleast wear a decent upf hat
wear spf 30+ sun screen with a broad spectrum protection
