Wider is because of your bone structure so maybe a palate expander. Plump can be fixed with some filler

I have been thinking of getting those, but because of my family's poor condition (and some other issues) I believe I can get them by 2027-28, by when I'll be 15-16 year old. Would it have any effect by then, or is it hopeless?
