How to go bald

Procedure:
  1. Apply topical anesthetic to skin
  2. Saw open the bone along the lines shown in the chart above
  3. Move the maxilla (and other components such as Zygos if performing Lefort 2) forward, backwards, upwards, downwards, or rotationally depending on what you are hoping to achieve with your Lefort
  4. Use plates and screws and hammer to hold the bone together between the skull and where the maxilla has been moved to
  5. Close up the skin with stitches

This is a very simple procedure to complete at home.
