So first of all, alcohol WILL impact your muscle retention like if you work out in the morning and get hammered in the evening, its gonna fuck up all the work you put in

So here's what to do
-stick to one drink, preferably tequila because that is the best drink for you and you have to stick with it. Don't mix your drinks, just stick to one
- if you get plastered on a Saturday night and have a fight or match on Sunday morning or you need to work out or whatever, take pain killers, caffeine and optionally, coke. cokes dangerous but effective, but if you're doing professional shit you're gonna be drug tested so just keep that in mind

HOW TO DRINK MASS AMOUNTS OF ALCOHOL AND SEE RESULTS
- do not listen to cunts telling you just don't drink bro or some other horse shit
- but if you drink more than twice a week you're fucked and you're gonna have minimal results unless you work out EVERY DAY for hours
- limit sugar you are consuming when you're drinking, like if you're having a jack and coke, just fuck the coke ok. way too much sugar, stop being a pussy and just drink it straight.
- DO NOT get some sloppy fucking food when you're back from the pub at like 2am. it'll fuck you. NO FUCKING KEBABS. that's why n*****s get fat when they drink. its not about the alcohol its about the fucking shit food.
- lastly if you're gonna drink you better get ur fat ass up and train and not slob and laze around all day. Just do some coke, some caffeine, smoke a cigarette take a shot and get up and get out to train
