People want to grow taller, but don't even know the basics:

- improved conversion of HGH - > IGF-1
- intervertebral discs
- PTH:calcitonin balance
- Wolff's Law

You have to study it and then put it into practice.

If your goal is to grow taller, it's a great idea to first focus on these three very simple pillars of health:

Thyroid Health:
- stimulates chondrocytes in the epiphysis (largest growth plate)
- linked to the PTH:calcitonin ratio
- stimulates collagen synthesis and proteoglycan formation (intervertebral cartilage growth)
- increases IGF-1 secretion in response to GH

Liver Health:
- inactivates estrogen (which ossifies the epiphysis)
- responsible for the conversion of T4 to T3
- secretes IGF-1 in response to GH

PTH:Calcitonin Balance:
- bone mineralization (high PTH = bone resorption)
- mediates osteoblasts and osteoclasts
- ossifies the epiphysis
- regulates T3, estrogen, and androgens

I have genetic thyroid cancer I’m cooked

I feel that improving overall thyroid health is a HUGE help and supports overall energy metabolism.

Peat himself said in an interview that he grew an inch at age 40 once he started supplementing with T3.
