Also do I ideally need to eat a very low sat fat diet and do 60 minutes of cardio a day so my lipids dont rise much and I stay fine without bloods also I know I will be healthier becoming more jacked and getting lean and taking Test E compared to where I am and I do 4 day upper lower with 3 sets to failure
