How to I get rid of fat on neck ?

Im 50 lbs overweight and maybe 25% of Bf, If I lose fat can I get rid of this shit ?
 
Yes. Engaging the root of your tongue helps as well.
 
Hot salt compress 1-2 times per day.
Recipe: 500ml of hot water, 2-3 cups of salt. Wrap your fat area and wear this compress 20-30 min. Do it everyday.
Also platysma exercises(kissing of celling and fists under this fat area and open your jaw against it)
It helped me a lot.
