My face has become very asymmetrical from probably sleeping on my side a lot, but sleeping on my back gets too uncomfortable for me. What other tips are there making my face more symmetrical. Also what’s the best way to fix sunken under eyes?

Sleep on your other side and ice water aside from that it’s osteo soft tissue adjustments or jaw surgery
