Im 17, my jawline is terrible. Ive started to do those chin tucks and neck curls shit you see on tik tok, but like idk if its cope or not. Anyone got any tips or anything i genuinely need help so bad. Ima get mouth tape soon, as ive noticed i sleep with my mouth open a lot. Thing is im pretty fit and go to the gym regularly, so idk if losing fat is the move. Ill do mostly anything to fix it (no peps or anything), so if anyone got some actual proven methods it would help. My chin is also very recessed, so that is a problem too. Any help would be appreciated.

Surgery, filler, and AAS can help i guess

Ask ortho for block braces it will bring your jaw slightly forward (in the span of 9-12 months)
They may refuse considering your age
But hopefully you still have time go as fast as you can

Cope lose weight but also surgery genioplasty double jaw chin tucks kinda do help hyoid thougg

McKenzie chin tuck and hyoid raise lifts but surgery is optimal if you have unfixable conditions which most people do
I have a little bit of jawline I think that if I got to sub 12% body fat it would be visibly sharp , would I be able to just spam the mckenzie chin tucks everyday like 10 seperate times a day for maximum gains? Or do I need to rest my chin and neck for a bit for optimal gains?
