Ok for reference 69 degrees is 9 degrees higher than ideal (the higher the degree the more recession) means youre like definitely noticeably recessed
69 is honestly like a 7/10 recession like its pretty damn recessed

The maxilla is the most important bone so it will mess up your appeal because it fucks up attractiveness quite a bit.
