How to improve social anxiety

U need to think to yourself that none of that shit will matter in a few years. Be yourself, everyone likes someone’s who’s authentically themselves. If u have a friend crush on someone go up and try to talk to them. What’s the worst that could happen? Easy conversation starter: how do I do this, what class do you have next, I hate this teacher etc etc etc 😁😁

You will find people who don’t judge. Theres probably plenty of kind people at your school who don’t. U just need to find them

How I got over it was realising people were gonna judge me regardless of if I talked or not, whether I faked my personality or decided to be genuine. You know how people always say the quiet kid is wierd and shit? So there's not really anything to lose in being yourself. Chances are you'll make some real friends and be alot happier

I'll say it get better conditionally but it never goes away, I've always needed and always will need extra effort, validation or chemical help to truly be free from it
