Hi guys, iam looking for guidance/help in IQ maxing. Any tips?
Supposedly I already have a high IQ(according to testing that was done when I was in Kindergarten and later IQ tests) so I was wondering how to keep and expand my neurological capabilities

But to gain more knowledge about certain topics, I’d just recommend first making a list of things you find interesting or want to know more about and then go on a website that provides all kinds of books about the topic, if you’re lazy to read them, let GPT summarise everything, you can also go on google scholar, there are also many articles

Honestly I’d just recommend turning off your phone, setting a timer on like 5, then 10, 15 etc minutes and 'train' concentrating on one thing only till it gets better, maybe also put on headphones and listen to white noise

approach everything w/ curiosity. 130 IQ here, gonna assume you're somewhere around there too. there's been times when average Joe's absolutely fry me in specific subjects. that's bc they were way more inquisitive than me (at the time I was disinterested and lazy.) try to learn something new every day. use brilliant.org or smt idk. learn a language. read more books. doesn't even have to be books. audiobooks, podcasts, movies, documentaries. do things that use your brain a lot, and to its near full capacity. (there's a saying, the brain is a muscle, train it everyday) shoot, I like doing puzzles. just find something that you're interested in, and lose yourself in it.

you have to fully dedicate yourself to it. once you realize that nobody cares about you it gets easier. you're entitled to absolutely nothing so you have to fight for EVERYTHING. nobody is going to force you to read, or to take advantage of whatever resources you find. take the ego aspect out of it, if it's hard then it means you're beginning to comprehend it.
