In line with nasion drawn perpendicular to Frankfort horizontal ie pic below
Near or inline with lower lip also

So based on that you can decide if over or under projected

It’s very easy to tell just take a proper pic from the Frankfurt angle and if you chin sits behind your lips (if you don’t have n****r protrusion) then you’re recessed bjt having a recessed chin doesn’t always mean you can’t mog. Look at Vito basso

You answered your own question, you’d just draw the lines on taking the tilt into account like in the image you attached

The line is relative to your features rather than the actual rotation of your head (supratragal notch to inferior orbital rim)

When said line is perfectly horizontal / parallel to the floor, that is ‘natural head position’

Called the E line drawn from most forward part of chin to the most forward part of nose (anterior points). Lips should be slightly behind them. Video with more info. If your lips are in front of the line you are recessed
