How to lean out my face?

ive been doing everything to lean out my face and nothing is working. I eat whole foods which dont inflame me or bloat me, i drink so much water, i eat enough potassium and not that much salt, ive lost weight if i lose more ill be going underweight, i do those fuck ass lymph draining massages and ice my face
wtf do i do?
Is it over for me? idk what else i can possibly do

What are hidden bloat factors? I feel like ive taken every precaution to not bloat especially in my face and how and can i even improve my structure?

Bro there is hidden blaots everywhere unfortunately I'm not a huge expert but I'd suggest keep doing what your doing and maybe consult orthodontisty if you can if you can't just mew and pray for the best I'm praying for you also

Thanks🙏 i have a wide pallet does that influence anything? Im still young so maybe its baby fat but i feel like by this time it should be slowly coming off

It could be baby fat tbh then I'd suggest wait a couple years and keep the routine in the meantime then

My dad is boneless, my mom is basically a walking skull is there any way i can predict which one of these ill be?
 
How much do you weigh? It could be dependent on that. Otherwise, make sure to do cardio, cut out/limit carbs and sugar. Drink 2-3L of water and it could also be baby fat. If your body fat percentage is a little high, cut weight and weightlift!

Im 48kg the only carbs i eat are potatoes or rice once a week, only sugar i eat is from berries is that also bad sugae?

Oh what’s your height, this seems low. Your diet is fine then, shouldn’t bloat you. This might be a case of genetics then damn. What about water intake?

Im around 160-162 im not sure about the specifics since it shows different depending on who mesures, i drink 2L+ a day. Can i not beat my genetics at all? I want atleast some sorta cheekbone visibility

Hmmm try eating more foods with potassium, try to eliminate gluten and dairy for 5 days and see if that makes a difference, you could try Gua sha. You might also have a high bf% percentage so try weightlifting. If these don’t work, then it is probably genetic :/

I eat enough potassium, ive cut gluten before and the only diary i ate was greek yogurt. I do gua sha with my fingers. And i do bodyweight workouts with cardio. Can i genuinely not beat my genetics?

Your last resort is that this might be a high body fat percentage issue. Do you have a gym membership?

Could be hormonal, things like estrogen dominance or thyroid imbalance. Best step is to get bloodwork done and check:

  • Estrogen & progesterone
  • Full thyroid panel (TSH, Free T3, Free T4)
  • AM cortisol
  • Fasting glucose & insulin

If you’re already lean, living clean, hormones are good and you are still bloated, it’s probably no longer a fat issue. At that point, it’s likely structural, and subtle procedures might be your only option.
