How to lighten skin by 3-4 shades? And lighten my lips especially top lips to a more pink shade.

I heard Glutamine, SPF 30 Balm and SPF50+ PA++++ works really well. But I dont know where to buy injectable Glutamine. And I dont think that will lighten my skin by 3-4 shades.

Yes you can apply hydroquinone to whole body and face. Pair with iv gluta and you can be a few shades lighter.
