I mean id say the guy in your profile picture fits that description fairly well. Slim face, his skin is very clear and glossy (the glossy part can be achieved through a bit of vaseline) and in his case the hair seems to be middle parted with some gel in it

Lightening up your skin is tough, you can use tropical hydroquinone, which reduces melanin production and will lighten up your skin, but you'd have to be careful as it can have unwanted side effects. But honestly youre always better off just sticking with the skin tone you have, you can still be that model type boy with darker skin.
