I’m not going to talk about what humility means

First:
you can look humble in two main ways:
- by belittling yourself (jesters, get out of this thread)
- by involving others

I will focus on the second point
Examples:
“I cooked a great pizza”
No
“We cooked a great pizza” or “We cooked a great pizza and we could even improve it” (focus on improve)

“You failed and you made me fail too”
No
“We should revise something”

Make others an active part of your success and take the burden of failure off them

What's the problem?
Don’t barter your opinion to please others, don’t sugarcoat the truth because it may turn out to be bitter

Show humility, yes, but only with the few people who deserve it
Other must earn your respect

People (most of them) wouldn’t appreciate you anyway: humility or not
