dont just randomly cut down cals but cut them down according to your bmi, calculate it then put up your maintenance, I'd say avoid fats eat atleast 2x the protein of your bodyweight in kgs and take decent amount of carbs, eating fast food is a big no, breakfast heavy, lunch light and dinner medial and with the training continue as it is. I told the same thing to a friend of mine and he lost 8kgs(17lbs) in 2 weeks.hey i need some advice on how to loose at least 20 - 30 lbs in 2 months i do cardio and weight lifting plus i eat below 1800 cals a day i need help on like meals or more ideas/advice

I'll put it this way, bodybuilders will eat 1500 calories or even less as a moid and foids will eat less than 900. Most people would say this is disordered eating out of context (and don't get me wrong it probably is) but to say it's unhealthy when normies do it, but fine when bodybuilders (who do immense training ontop) do it is wild.Rly depends on ur current weight

Basically if bodybuilders can do it and be OK so can you and also everyones bodys is different. Some peopleagree, can eat really low cal and actually be healthier
This isn’t something that will last long lol I'm pretty disciplined I just need to lose weight before prom I’m pretty fat compared to the average like 200lbs doesn’t look to crazy on me though I’d like to smaller then I am currently I’m pretty comfortable not eating in a lot in a the day my plan was just to eat dinner for the time being and eat 2000+ cals on the week end so I don’t crash my metabolismi totally agree, i have seen a vid today about a bodybuilder who stays 4% year around.
