no offence but that’s how Reta works at all. it’s a triple agonist not just an appetite suppressant….ok vro
idk how much muscle you have but u prob gotta drop like 35kg.
Dont starve yourself or take any glps
You will get the best results tracking your calories and hitting your macro targets.
Starving yourself is not sustainable for a long cut, you want to maintain high test levels and not ruin any chances of growing especially since your 16, starving yourself will do the opposite, plus you prob wont be able to stick to it for 35kg lol, you will end up zig zag dieting it will be a mess. You will also loose any muscle mass you have, and come out looking like a twink. please dont
Reta is also not great but depends how you use it. Basically it stops cravings for food and makes it hard to eat large meals. However relying on it alone is going to have similar consequences as starvemaxxing just a bit easier.
Combining reta with tracking is a bit better but still a last resort, it dees have side effects anyone who thinks otherwise is very delusional.
What i recommend, start tracking your cals, im not sure on your activity level, but i think around 1700 a day is right for you, these can increase if you start gym and walking use https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html . Aim for 200 grams of protein, and eat a diet of clean whole food. Try to drink 3L of water a day, and sleep 8 hours too. Start walking more aim for 7000 steps a day, but its not a big deal if you cant weight loss will just be slower. And hit the gym training each muscle twice a week to failure. thats the basics. You will be able to put on some muscle on the cut especially if you haven't gone before, but at the very least it burns some calories and will help to maintain any muscle you have. Stick with this for a while, you will prob fail but dont give up, keep trying it should just click for you eventually. just be consistent and you will see results.
And back to reta if you really struggle to maintain a deficit, and i mean really not just ur fat ass wants another cupcake, but you have an issue with insulin sensitivity or something. Then yes it will help, but think of it as a last resort, the easy way out. And if you do hop on it, use it in addition to what i just told you to do.
I know I was just not going in-depth into anything cuz I don’t wanna type an essay it’s just the core of what it does.no offence but that’s how Reta works at all. it’s a triple agonist not just an appetite suppressant….
