how to lose weight/debloat in a month

i have a sporting event on 26/2 and i’m wondering how much weight i could lose by then and also debloat my face etc. i know eating healthy and working out is obvious but if anyone has any tips on what else i could do pls tell me. i’m 175cm and about 65kg
 
20 min a day fasted cardio ( before first meal of the day in the morning )

Eat a high protein diet ( animal based or carnivore )

Eat less carbs on the days you wanna look debloated

Take PED's if you are knowledgeable and ready
 
Cut in half your daily carbs intake
 
1. Cardio (3x a week)
2. eat less carbohydrates
3. eat more protein (2 * ur bf = quantity of protein you should have) (you can buy protein powder if you cant eat that quantity of protein)
4. calorie deficit

There's a thread on botb section on .org.. basically, 2cms either side of your lip and then 1 cms up from that position , insert a syringe and take out the liquid approx 1-2 ml in one go..it's a dangerous process though

this only happens when you are eating enough to sustain yourself but op is saying that she wants to lose weight and debloat, you need to consume carbohydrates bc converting protein or fats into carbohydrates is a whole process. it’s better to consume all the macronutrients you need rather than have them turn into the other. @neymar is right.

Carbs is used more efficiently for energy and cannot fully be replaced by protein
Not enough glycogen = fatigue.

No you don't have to inject anything..it's just a method to debloat your face instantly and mostly used by models ..it's called water pulling in which u just insert a syring in your buccal area and suction out 2-3 ml of liquid from your face to debloat instantly..you can do this every 2 months cause the effect last for like 1.5 months and sk
