Idk, it’s been more recent but I’ve really became a lot more unnecessarily critical about my face. Even though I don’t get treated horribly and I can take a photo and get approval from girls, it doesn’t feel lik anything. It doesn’t apply to only me too, whenever I look at male models and objectively attractive people, they look average and mundane now. People like Brad Pitt young Leonardo Chad Michael Murray, guys who are objectively considered attractive don’t look significant in anyway or show any spectacle to me anymore. Like beauty doesn’t exist to me anymore.

confidence is very hard to build, especially when you haven't been brought up with it

i have the same issue, a lot of people here do. i wish i could help you love yourself, but that's somethings you have to achieve on your own

i wish you the best of luck ❤️❤️

same here boyo, i think it's because social media has exposed us to the top 1% of the world warping reality and our expectations, feeding our own insecurities

the most important part is trying to love urself i hope u will one day

Remember that people never care as much as you do. When your friends speak to you, when people see you one the street, they're not thinking about the way you look, at least not to the extent you do. And you mentioned you get attention from girls? In that case I'd say there's a good chance you're even perceived as attractive by many. I can't give you anything that will fix this messed up perception of yourself, except for maybe doing things/spending time on platforms that focus less on the way you look and finding hobbies you enjoy that distract you a little. But if you feel the criticism of your own appearance is impacting your quality of life, or taking over your day then maybe look into therapy for body dysmorphia. That's what I did, and it really lowered the severity of that issue for me. Good luck dude, wishing you the best.
